Today we had a guided hike on the Sennes, followed by a meal at Gasthaus Spieker. Both are highly recommended. The hike was very informative and the food was delicious afterwards

I stayed at the Gasthaus Spieker for one night on my bike trip south and can only give a full five stars. Outstanding value for money, very nice modern room and perfect breakfast. In addition, extremely nice contact. More is not possible. Super

An absolute top address for home-style rural cuisine with lots of charm, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

Nice hotel, well decorated. You can really feel at home here. The breakfast was very good, the dining room was very cozy. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, you have to and should know that. Because especially on Tuesday it is very difficult to get something to eat in the area. The restaurant is of a very good quality, the dishes were all on a great level. Unfortunately, the menu is very small, I personally would like 2-3 more dishes. The prices are already high. The hosts are super friendly and it was a lot of fun. Thanks for that!

Nice team from Gasthaus Spieker! Today we have been your guests countless times. Once again it was excellent !! From the reception to the friendly, loving service to the very fine dishes served promptly. Everything fit !! Thanks for that!! We'll be back even if we have to drive over 20 km because we know it's worth it. See you soon......

The food is still very good. However, the service has deteriorated a lot. Orders are repeatedly received incorrectly, there is a lack of caution and, in some cases, hospitality. None of this is a catastrophe, but it used to be a lot better. Maybe it's also a generation issue.

Cosy place, nice food and drinks, very helpful and smiley service. No place for playing kids, but no-one seems to mind where they run around playing. Very close to the street which is good for access but for kids playing you should be a bit cautious. Recomended.

Very nice little hotel. Great welcome by nice staff, nice and clean rooms. Parking in front of the hotel. Delicious breakfast and very good food in the in-house restaurant. I can only recommend it.

Used very good and friendly service and an excelente varied cuisine in a tastefully decorated ambience. In the summer time and in good weather you can also sit outside in beer garden style. For larger celebrations, there is a hall or barn.

We, a cyclist group, ate here and spent the night. Service, dinner, room and breakfast were great. The breakfast was extremely good. You can really recommend the Gasthaus Spieker!

Nice courteous staff, very good kitchen.

Would stay there again anytime. Staff very friendly, room clean, good breakfast and rich and since I was the only overnight guest was double room for the price of the single room. All in all very recommendable.

The service is really very competent and the food was very good! The wines are also consistent! The only criticism: had ordered 🍋 Schnitzel and expected more! It was just a slice of lemon on it. The dessert: very good!

Nice, well-kept family-owned hotel. Single rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Excellent cuisine, quiet location and well attended in the evenings. Free WiFi, free car parking, small shop opposite, good price-performance ratio. To get a good price call directly and do not order online! Recommended hotel for business travelers or for short breaks.

The hotel is very nice. Decorated with attention to detail. The rooms very pleasant. The service is very friendly. You feel immediately as a valued guest. The food is excellent !!! We have now 2 New Year's Eve celebrated here and are thrilled with the ambience, the absolutely relaxed and delightful implementation and atmosphere and the excelent food!
